These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Lawliet Yohann Visuals (LYV), including design services, marketing system setups, business templates, automation workflows, and other digital service packages. By engaging our services or submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Overview
Lawliet Yohann Visuals provides creative (graphic design) and automation-based services (digital design / marketing system plan) tailored to businesses and entrepreneurs. Services may include one-time projects or ongoing support, depending on the package booked.
We serve both local and international clients, with support for payments in Philippine Peso (PHP) and United States Dollar (USD).
Booking & Payment
- Services are booked upon confirmation of scope and full payment, unless a milestone arrangement is agreed in writing.
- Payment methods include debit/credit card, e-wallets, bank transfer, or online checkout platforms.
- Pricing may be quoted and charged in PHP or USD, based on the client's location or service type. The currency and total amount due will always be confirmed before payment.
- We do not offer installment or pay-later terms unless explicitly stated.
Service Scope & Delivery
- Each service package includes specific deliverables and timelines.
- Turnaround time begins only after complete submission of required assets, content, or intake forms.
- Delivery methods may include email, shared folder (e.g., Google Drive, Shopify, Canva links), or access to private client portals (if applicable).
- Any delays in client input will result in adjusted delivery dates.
- Non-customised digital design assets, templates, and automation tools are downloadable. Access is granted via email, download link, or shared folder immediately after full payment.
Revisions & Scope Changes
- Most services include one or two revision rounds unless otherwise stated.
- Revisions are limited to the original agreed scope.
- Additional requests, edits beyond included rounds, or changes in direction will incur extra charges.
- Out-of-scope work will not begin without written approval and billing adjustment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment (with transaction proof)
- A confirmed failure to deliver service, after all reasonable resolution attempts
Any approved refund will be subject to deduction of platform or transaction processing fees. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] or [email protected] within 5 business days of the issue.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and high-quality service, clients agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate materials (specified in onboarding form)
- Respond to revision requests, approvals, or questions within 48–72 hours
LYV is not liable for delays caused by missing content, unresponsive communication, or inaccurate client input.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and completion of service:
- Final approved custom deliverables are transferred to the client for use in business or marketing.
- Working files, non-customised digital goods, drafts, and templates remain the property of LYV unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio or case studies (excluding sensitive or private data), unless requested otherwise in writing.
Recurring Services
We may offer subscription-based services in the future, such as monthly content creation, ongoing automation support, or client nurture sequences.
When available, recurring billing terms, renewal frequency, and cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of signup. Clients will always have the option to cancel a subscription with proper notice, as defined in that service's terms.
Limitation of Liability
LYV is not responsible for:
- Losses due to misuse or misapplication of our services
- Platform outages, third-party integration failures, or delayed client input
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Legal Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law and procedures.
One-Pager Website
Deliverables
- A professionally designed, single-page website tailored to the client's product or brand.
- Hosting on LYV's server for one (1) year free, renewable annually at USD $50/year.
- Initial delivery guaranteed within 48 hours (2 business days) after the client submits the completed onboarding form and all necessary materials.
Revisions & Scope
- Includes one (1) revision cycle free of charge, limited to minor content or style edits.
- Further revisions or requests outside the original scope will be charged at USD $20 per hour, subject to developer availability and scope approval.
- Major layout redesigns or functionality changes are considered out-of-scope and will require a new quotation.
Refund Policy
Due to the fast turnaround and nature of this digital service, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are only made in cases of duplicate payment or complete service failure, as outlined in Section 5.
Hosting Terms
- Free hosting at studio.lawlietyohann.com is valid for 12 months from the launch date.
- Clients will receive a notice 30 days prior to expiration with options to renew.
- Failure to renew on time may result in suspension or permanent removal of the site from our servers.
Client Obligations
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete onboarding materials.
- Delivery timeline may be adjusted for late submissions or incomplete information.
Ownership
- The client owns all final approved content and media they provide.
- The website's framework, code, or back-end systems remain the property of Lawliet Yohann Visuals and may not be resold or redistributed.
